Shipping and handling charges within the continental United States are calculated using our USPS real time calculator. Please use our calculator at the bottom of the cart to provide shipping costs based on your order.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept any of the four major credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express as well as Apple Pay & Google Pay. For snail mail orders we gladly accept Check or Money Order.
Is my transaction secure?
Yes. Our transactions are encrypted and processed by Stripe. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor, and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available.
All card numbers are encrypted on disk with AES-256. Decryption keys are stored on separate machines. None of Stripe's internal servers and daemons are able to obtain plaintext card numbers; instead, they can just request that cards be sent to a service provider on a static whitelist. Stripe's infrastructure for storing, decrypting, and transmitting card numbers runs in a separate datacenter, and doesn't share any credentials with Stripe's primary services (API, website, etc.).
My merchandise was damaged when I received it. What do I do?
Though all merchandise is clearly scrutinized before leaving our warehouse items may become damaged in transit. Should this be the case feel free to click on “Contact us” at the bottom of the page or e-mail us at [email protected] so that we can sort things out and quickly provide a replacement. Please provide your order number and product details when contacting our support team.
Are there refunds or exchanges?
Purchases for events are not eligible for refunds, however, we will gladly exchange or provide a store credit for an alternative purchase.
Can I cancel or add to my order once it is submitted?
Orders are processed fairly quickly, but if you find you do need to cancel or amend you can click on “Contact us” at the bottom of the page or e-mail us at [email protected].
